1. Nature of Service

RegTrak provides risk identification and ordinance comparison reports based on available jurisdictional documents. RegTrak is not a law firm, engineering firm, or architectural firm.

Reports are informational and do not constitute legal advice, engineering certification, or permit approval guarantees.

2. No Guarantee of Approval

Municipal authorities retain sole discretion over permit approval. RegTrak does not guarantee approval outcomes.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for:

• Final plan preparation
• Code compliance
• Permit submissions
• Professional certifications

4. Intellectual Property

All software, analysis methods, and report structures are property of RegTrak.

Clients retain ownership of uploaded documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegTrak shall not be liable for:

• Delays in permitting
• Rejections by authorities
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or project delays

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific report in dispute.

6. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RegTrak from claims arising from misuse of reports or non-compliant submissions.

7. Service Availability

We may modify or discontinue features without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
